Who Is Jordan?
Jordan, the Creative Director and Founder of MōDERNATURA, was born and raised in Miami—a city whose vibrant architecture, tropical modernism, and global influence shaped his early appreciation for elevated design and refined living.
From an early age, Jordan immersed himself in luxury interior design. He began his career at a well-known furniture and décor house, where he curated residential spaces tailored to each client’s lifestyle and aesthetic. He later expanded his expertise designing with a contemporary online interior design service, further developing his ability to translate vision into cohesive, functional spaces.
Jordan went on to work with a prominent staging company based in Central Florida, where he directed and assisted with renovation and presentation projects for developers, investors, and homeowners. During this time, he built strong relationships within the real estate community—collaborating closely with flippers, builders, and property owners to oversee renovations and elevate properties for market. These hands-on experiences gave him a comprehensive understanding of construction, timelines, budgeting, and the psychology of design in real estate.
He later joined an internationally recognized luxury furniture retailer, where he not only designed sophisticated interiors but also managed and led a team of designers. In this leadership role, Jordan balanced creativity with performance—mentoring talent, driving sales strategy, and delivering exceptional, tailored experiences for high-end clientele.
Further refining his expertise in the luxury sector, Jordan went on to design for an elite European furnishings house known for its globally inspired collections and custom craftsmanship. Serving discerning clients who expected elevated aesthetics, exclusivity, and impeccable quality, he strengthened his ability to execute high-caliber projects with precision and sophistication.
With a growing passion for the business and branding side of design, Jordan transitioned into marketing leadership, serving as Marketing Manager for a successful boutique interior design and staging studio in Miami. There, he deepened his expertise in brand development, positioning, and strategic growth—learning how to build not only beautiful spaces, but enduring design-driven businesses.

What is the regular time-frame for an interior design project?
Depending on the size of the project and special circumstances, the project time-frame varies. It is difficult to give a “general” time-frame when all projects are so diverse. However, the majority of our projects take anywhere from 6-12 weeks. If you would like a better idea on the time-frame for your specific interior design project, give us a call and we should be able to estimate that over the phone.
How much do your services cost?
Every project we take on is uniquely tailored—no two scopes, styles, or client visions are ever the same. We work across a wide range of aesthetics and investment levels; however, our services are thoughtfully positioned within the luxury market, and our process, sourcing, and execution reflect that standard.
Our design fee is determined based on the scope of work, scale, and overall complexity of each project. In addition, we charge a 10% commission on all products specified and procured through our studio. This structure allows us to fully manage sourcing, vendor coordination, logistics, and quality control—ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience from concept to installation.
We are proud to extend our exclusive designer trade pricing directly to our clients. In many cases, these preferred rates significantly offset—if not entirely cover—the cost of our design services, delivering exceptional value while maintaining the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
